Description
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families.
- Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment.
- Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records.
- Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols.
- Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Requirements
- Should work well in a team environment.
- Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Alabama.
- Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
