Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Maryland
Job Summary
As an LCSW-C, you will provide virtual therapy services while offering clinical oversight to developing clinicians. Your focus is on assessment, treatment planning, and ensuring care aligns with Maryland social work standards. The role blends direct client work with supervision and clinical quality review in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Provide supervision and case consultation to associate clinicians
- Review documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with leadership on care quality and outcomes
Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in clinical supervision or leadership
- Strong documentation and assessment skills
- Comfort working in a remote clinical environment
