Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Maryland
Job Summary
This senior LCSW-C role focuses on advanced clinical practice and team support. You will manage a steady telehealth caseload while helping maintain treatment quality through documentation review and clinical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy services to adult clients
- Perform clinical assessments and progress evaluations
- Support associate clinicians through consultation and review
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Follow Maryland social work standards and ethics
Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Strong clinical judgment and organization skills
- Interest in leadership and quality-focused care
