Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Arizona
Role Summary
This role supports clients through structured virtual therapy sessions while also providing clinical oversight within a remote care team. Your work helps ensure consistent treatment quality, steady client progress, and ethical clinical practice across telehealth services. Each day blends direct client care with leadership responsibilities that strengthen outcomes and clinician confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
- Review and guide clinical documentation for compliance and quality
- Support and consult with assigned therapists on treatment planning
- Monitor client progress and adjust care approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate records in line with Arizona regulations
Requirements
- Active Arizona LCSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior supervision or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable working fully in a telehealth environment
