Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Texas
Role Summary
In this LCSW role, you provide therapy focused on emotional health, daily functioning, and long-term stability. You will work with clients across Texas through scheduled virtual sessions, helping them address mental health concerns while navigating life stressors and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
- Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches
- Coordinate care when referrals or additional resources are needed
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Familiarity with virtual care environments
- Strong clinical judgment and organization skills
