Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role is built for an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys clinical work and values consistency. You will deliver therapy sessions while helping maintain clear clinical standards across care delivery. The focus is on steady, thoughtful care rather than high-volume churn.
What You’ll Handle
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical notes and treatment updates in a timely manner
- Review care plans for alignment and quality
- Offer clinical input on cases that require additional support
- Communicate with internal teams regarding client progress
- Ensure services meet Arkansas licensing requirements
Requirements
- Active Arkansas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Experience working independently with clinical decisions
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
