Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Role Summary
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will support individuals and families across Indiana by delivering structured therapy and clinical oversight in a virtual setting. This role balances direct client care with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring both quality outcomes and professional development within the care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and care plans
- Supervise and mentor associate-level clinicians
- Review clinical notes and ensure compliance with state standards
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate
- Track treatment outcomes and progress toward goals
Requirements
- Active Indiana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
