Location: New JerseyPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Job SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a telehealth team serving clients across New Jersey. This role is focused on direct client care: you’ll meet with adults, teens, couples, and families over secure video, helping them navigate conflict, stress, and emotional health with structured, goal-based therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth sessions to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
- Develop measurable treatment plans and review progress regularly with clients.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
- Use evidence-based practices that fit client needs and preferences.
- Offer referrals or collaborate with other professionals when needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in outpatient settings.
- Comfortable using technology for sessions and documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Benefits
