Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Texas
Role Summary
As an LCSW in this remote position, you provide therapy that helps clients stabilize, plan next steps, and build healthier coping strategies. The role offers predictable hours and a steady caseload within a structured virtual care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions via telehealth
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Document services in line with clinical standards
- Monitor outcomes and client engagement
- Participate in team communication and care coordination
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health
- Familiarity with virtual documentation systems
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload
