Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Tennessee
Role Summary
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide structured mental health services to individuals and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy that supports long-term stability and measurable progress. This role allows you to concentrate on clinical care without the distractions of office management or scheduling logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth
- Develop and update client-centered treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with internal clinical and care coordination teams
Requirements
- Active Tennessee LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting preferred
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
