Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
This position is ideal for an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants a predictable schedule and focused clinical work. You will provide virtual therapy while supporting consistency in treatment planning and clinical documentation across assigned cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to adults and adolescents
- Develop and maintain treatment plans based on assessments
- Complete progress notes and clinical records on time
- Review care plans for accuracy and continuity
- Provide input on cases that require elevated clinical review
- Follow Arkansas laws and professional standards
Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
- Prior telehealth experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
