Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our behavioral health team in a fully remote role. You’ll manage a defined caseload, provide therapy via telehealth, and support overall program goals through consistent documentation and collaboration with the wider clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to adults and families with a range of behavioral health needs.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and build practical, measurable treatment plans.
• Track client progress and adjust interventions over time.
• Participate in case staffing, clinical consultations, and care coordination.
• Ensure documentation and coding meet agency, payer, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve access, engagement, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.
