Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Oklahoma
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide ongoing mental health treatment through a fully remote model. This role focuses on direct clinical care with adults who need consistent support and clear treatment direction. Your workday is structured, your caseload is defined, and your time is spent delivering therapy rather than managing logistics.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to adult clients
- Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Follow Oklahoma social work laws and professional standards
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth mental health services
- Ability to manage a consistent full-time caseload
- Strong clinical documentation skills
