Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: New York
Job Summary
We are seeking an LCSW who wants to focus on direct therapy while working within a clearly defined virtual care model. This position allows you to manage a stable caseload, support client progress over time, and deliver care through a secure online platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services remotely
- Complete psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
- Establish treatment goals and review progress
- Maintain clinical notes and documentation
- Follow New York practice and ethical standards
Requirements
- Active New York LCSW license
- MSW from an accredited program
- Post-licensure clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Strong attention to clinical detail
