Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Texas
Role Summary
As an LCSW in this role, you’ll provide virtual therapy to adults and adolescents while working within a clear clinical framework. This position offers structure without micromanagement and allows you to focus on client care rather than administrative overload.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete session notes and treatment updates
- Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with Texas licensing standards
- Support continuity of care across client cases
Requirements
- Active Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Experience or comfort with telehealth platforms
- Reliable clinical judgment and communication skills
