Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: New York
Position Overview
As an LCSW in this role, your focus is direct client care delivered through a virtual model. You’ll manage a steady caseload, support clients through ongoing treatment, and work within a clearly defined clinical framework.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely
- Perform psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust care
- Maintain compliance with NY clinical standards
Requirements
- Active New York LCSW license
- MSW from an accredited institution
- Post-licensure clinical experience
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong documentation habits
