Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Job Summary
We are looking for an Indiana-licensed LCSW to deliver virtual therapy while supporting clinical oversight and care coordination. This role balances direct client work with supervision responsibilities and is suited for social workers who value clarity, structure, and dependable schedules.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals and families
- Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Supervise associate clinicians and review documentation
- Ensure services meet Indiana clinical standards
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Monitor progress and update treatment goals
Requirements
- Active Indiana LCSW license
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in clinical mental health settings
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
