Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation:$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth client assessments and evaluations.
- Apply effective behavioral intervention strategies.
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions.
- Equip families with tools and support to foster growth.
- Use evidence-based methods to address diverse client needs.
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least three years of clinical experience.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software.
- Experience managing electronic health records.
