Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: North Carolina
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver mental health services through a secure telehealth platform. This role supports clinicians who prefer a predictable schedule and clearly defined responsibilities. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy, and follow-through, allowing you to build continuity with clients while maintaining high clinical standards in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
- Complete psychosocial assessments and care planning
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with care teams on clinical needs
- Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in mental health or outpatient services
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and EHRs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
