Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
This telehealth role is designed for an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants steady clinical work without the overhead of private practice. You will provide virtual therapy, support clinical quality, and guide care delivery for a growing caseload. Your work directly impacts client stability, progress, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support clinical oversight and consultation for assigned cases
- Review treatment plans and progress notes for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistent standards of care
- Follow Arkansas regulations and ethical guidelines in all services
Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior experience with telehealth preferred
- Comfortable managing clinical decisions independently
