Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: UPPR CHICHSTR, PA Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000/yearSchedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryProvide therapy via telehealth to Pennsylvania residents with consistent session blocks and organized clinical workflow. You’ll focus on assessment, session delivery, and timely documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Document diagnoses and clinical rationale
- Develop treatment plans and track progress
- Maintain accurate EMR notes and updates
- Participate in clinical consults and case reviews
- Coordinate care when appropriate
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong written documentation skills
