Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Salem, OR Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummarySupport clients throughout Oregon via secure telehealth sessions. You’ll offer assessment, therapy, and follow-up care, with a predictable workweek and structured expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual teletherapy using evidence-based practices
- Conduct initial assessments and complete diagnostic documentation
- Develop and maintain treatment plans with clear milestones
- Document all clinical encounters in the EMR
- Participate in team consultations and ongoing training
Requirements
- Active Oregon license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Outpatient or private practice experience is helpful
- Strong clinical communication skills and comfort with telehealth
