Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position
Salary: $115,000–$120,000Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re seeking LCSWs to work remotely with clients across California. Your work will center on improving client wellbeing through therapy, resource navigation, and ongoing emotional support, all delivered via telehealth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical therapy sessions virtually.
- Develop and adjust treatment strategies.
- Monitor client outcomes and document progress.
- Educate clients on resources and coping techniques.
- Contribute to team discussions and case reviews.
Requirements
- Current LCSW license in California.
- MSW from accredited school of social work.
- At least 2 years of direct clinical experience.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
