Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our telehealth care team. In this role, you will work with clients addressing mental health concerns that affect daily functioning and overall well-being. The position offers a steady weekday schedule and a supportive remote structure that allows you to stay focused on therapy delivery and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Complete psychosocial evaluations and treatment planning
- Maintain organized and compliant clinical documentation
- Track outcomes and engagement over time
- Coordinate referrals and resources when appropriate
Requirements
- Active Texas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in outpatient or virtual mental health care
- Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems
- Strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills
