Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Erie, PA Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryJoin a telehealth service supporting individuals and families across Pennsylvania. You’ll have a steady caseload and a clear structure for sessions, documentation, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and gather history by video
- Provide scheduled therapy sessions with a focus on practical tools
- Develop treatment plans with clear priorities
- Keep detailed and timely session notes in the EMR system
- Attend virtual case discussions and trainings
- Offer clinical insight when protocols or workflows are updated
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health–related discipline
- Experience working with anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues
- Confident working independently in a remote setting
