Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: New York
Role Summary
This role is suited for an LCSW-R who brings advanced clinical experience to supervisory leadership. You will oversee therapist performance, guide clinical quality initiatives, and help ensure clients receive consistent, well-structured virtual care across New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical supervision for licensed therapists
- Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Support risk management and clinical compliance processes
- Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement
- Maintain familiarity with evolving telehealth regulations
Requirements
- Active New York LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Advanced post-licensure clinical experience
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership background
- Strong understanding of telehealth best practices
