Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Part-TimeSalary: $40,000 – $50,000 per yearLocation: Vermont
Position Overview
This role is designed for an LICSW who prefers a structured remote environment and a consistent client schedule. You will provide therapy to adults addressing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges through planned virtual sessions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews
- Maintain organized and compliant clinical records
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate
Requirements
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Previous clinical therapy experience
- Comfort working independently in a remote role
