Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Position: Part-TimeSalary: $40,000 – $50,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Model: Fully RemoteLocation: West Virginia
Position Overview
This opportunity is suited for experienced social workers who want autonomy within a stable framework. You’ll provide independent clinical services through telehealth, supporting clients with assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy—without the unpredictability of in-person care models.
Primary Duties
- Conduct virtual clinical therapy sessions
- Perform assessments and establish diagnoses
- Create and update individual care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Identify when referrals or additional resources are needed
Requirements
- Active WV Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience with adult mental health care
- Familiarity with remote service delivery
- Strong professional judgment and time management
