Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Location: Lowell, MA Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Massachusetts-licensed therapist who enjoys focused clinical work without the commute. You’ll support clients through video sessions, structured planning, and realistic follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapy appointments via secure telehealth platform
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnoses
- Develop treatment plans and review progress regularly
- Maintain organized clinical records in the EMR
- Join virtual peer consultations to discuss complex cases
- Help refine telehealth practices from a clinician’s perspective
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Prior therapy experience in a clinical setting
- Ability to manage time and caseload in a remote environment
