Position: Full-TimeLocation: Nebraska Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to deliver telehealth-based therapy services to adults and adolescents. This position centers on providing consistent clinical care, monitoring treatment outcomes, and supporting long-term mental health stability for clients in Nebraska. You will manage a defined caseload and focus on therapy delivery rather than administrative overload.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual mental health therapy sessions
- Complete diagnostic assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Create, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical and legal standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies as needed
- Maintain compliance with Nebraska mental health regulations
Requirements
- Active Nebraska LIMHP license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches
- Ability to manage a steady clinical caseload
