Role Description:
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager at Otto Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with policy-related questions and concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Active insurance license
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office
