Job Description

The Client Relations Analyst works with advisors and line-of business specialists to analyze client data, evaluate needs and help create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' financial goals. In addition, this individual assists clients with service needs and makes modifications to accounts as necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare and organize insurance documents to support quoting and risk presentations
  • Draft client materials, including applications, summaries, certificates, and auto ID cards
  • Respond to client calls and service requests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Assist in preparing presentations and renewal materials for client meetings
  • Analyze and summarize policy data to support internal decision-making and client needs
  • Accurately maintain client and policy records across systems
  • Run and review monthly cancellation and expiration reports
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and audits with attention to detail
  • Contribute to team projects and provide support wherever needed
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve internal processes and client outcomes

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A current Property & Casualty license (required)
  • One to two years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within personal lines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing client needs
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling policy data and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to learn new insurance systems quickly
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to grow and take initiative
