Job Description
Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent – $18/Hour + Bonuses ($900–$4,000/Month!)
📍 Southfield, MI | 💼 Full-Time | 🕘 Monday–Friday | ⏰ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In-Office Only
💵 Compensation & Bonuses
$18.00/hour guaranteed base pay
Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers:
20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium
30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium
40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium
$2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales
Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+
Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000
Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+
🎯 What You’ll Do
Handle inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling, no prospecting
Sell life insurance over the phone to seniors ages 50–85
Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs
Deliver high-level customer service and consistently close sales

✅ Requirements
Active Life Insurance License (required) – we may assist strong candidates in obtaining licensing
Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus
Strong communication skills and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset
Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, MI
