Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Madison, WI Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Wisconsin-licensed therapist for a telehealth-only role with consistent weekday hours. You’ll provide therapy sessions, complete assessments, and document care so plans stay clear and coordinated. The work is structured and focused on clinical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Create and update treatment plans
- Maintain progress notes and EMR documentation
- Participate in consults and trainings
- Assist with documentation quality tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong written communication
