LMFT
Position: Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistLocation: WashingtonSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMCompensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually + Benefits
Position Summary:We’re seeking an LMFT to work with individuals and families in an outpatient setting. You’ll help clients manage emotional challenges and foster stronger relationships through consistent, structured therapy.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver individualized therapy for clients and couples
- Use evidence-based approaches aligned with treatment goals
- Encourage open communication and emotional insight
- Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation
- Participate in team-based care coordination
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Washington (Required)
- Master’s degree in MFT or a related behavioral health field
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic models and interventions
- Organized and efficient with time and caseload management
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
