Location: New YorkLocation: New York (Remote)Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are hiring an LMFT to provide telehealth-based therapy services to clients seeking support with marriage, partnership, parenting, and family dynamics. You’ll work from a home office, follow a predictable weekday schedule, and use structured sessions to help clients address patterns, rebuild trust, and improve day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities
- Offer individual, couple, and family sessions via secure video platform.
- Perform intake assessments, document clinical impressions, and develop treatment plans.
- Use evidence-informed interventions tailored to each client’s relational goals.
- Track progress, adjust treatment approaches, and provide ongoing feedback to clients.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record.
- Engage in regular clinical consultation or supervision as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in New York.
- 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Experience working with couples and families preferred.
- Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records.
