Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Wanted – California
We are looking for a talented Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our care services. Knowledge in structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or strategic therapy is highly valued.
Schedule Overview:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Full-time opportunity.
Salary:$115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and document client symptoms related to mood disorders.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate families and clients about mental health conditions and therapies.
- Track and revise treatment plans based on client progress.
- Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews.
- Advocate for mental health needs and combat stigma.
Requirements
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active California state license.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Proven ability to foster trust and connection in therapeutic relationships.
