Position: Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistLocation: WashingtonSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary Range: $100,000–$110,000 per year + Benefits
Position Overview:This full-time LMFT position is designed for professionals ready to deliver effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll have the structure, support, and tools needed to focus on high-quality client care.
Job Functions:
- Conduct therapy sessions focused on emotional and relational progress
- Develop customized care plans aligned with individual goals
- Assist clients with communication and coping strategies
- Maintain session records in line with ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical peers for integrated care
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Washington (Required)
- Master’s degree in MFT or a related behavioral health field
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic models and interventions
- Organized and efficient with time and caseload management
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
