Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Irving, TX Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000/yearSchedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryProvide secure video therapy to Texas clients. This role emphasizes solid assessment skills, clear treatment planning, and reliable documentation while working within a consistent weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic notes
- Build treatment plans that support measurable change
- Maintain timely EMR documentation
- Participate in consults and clinical meetings
- Follow risk screening and escalation policies
Requirements
- Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s/Doctoral degree in a mental health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EMR documentation
