Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Montana
Role Overview
You will lead clinical work centered on family systems while supervising therapists who provide relational care. This role focuses on maintaining treatment quality and supporting clinicians in complex family dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
- Supervise clinicians providing family-based treatment
- Review clinical cases with a systems-focused lens
- Ensure adherence to state regulations and ethical standards
- Support best practices in telehealth family therapy
Requirements
- Active Montana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Prior supervision or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of family systems theory
- Comfortable providing feedback and clinical guidance remotely
