Job Description
Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – MarylandThis is your chance to positively impact individuals, couples, and families through meaningful therapeutic work. This full-time role offers a supportive setting where you can help clients navigate their challenges.
Schedule:Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation:$100,000 - $110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop therapy plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
- Modify treatment plans as needed to align with client progress.
- Keep detailed, confidential records of sessions and client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth activities.
Requirements
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar discipline.
- Maryland LMFT licensure in good standing.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
