Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: OhioSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy services to adults through a secure telehealth platform. Your work supports clients as they manage stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional health. This role focuses on consistent clinical care, clear treatment planning, and meaningful outcomes through regular sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams as needed
- Uphold ethical and professional practice standards
Requirements
- Active Ohio LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
