Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Kentucky Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Kentucky. Your work supports long-term emotional stability by addressing behavioral patterns, communication challenges, and relational stressors. This role allows you to focus on clinical care without the distractions of administrative overload.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams as needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies appropriately
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of Kentucky
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Comfort working in a telehealth environment
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
