Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Job Summary
We are looking for an Indiana-licensed LMFT to support individuals, couples, and families through virtual therapy. This role centers on relational work, behavioral patterns, and treatment planning, with added responsibility for clinical consultation and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess relationship dynamics and treatment needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide case consultation or supervision
- Review progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Ensure services meet state guidelines
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience with couples and family systems
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
