Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Olympia, WA Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummarySupport Washington residents through structured video-based therapy. You’ll work with a consistent caseload, relying on clear protocols, strong clinical tools, and a collaborative remote team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and risk screens
- Provide ongoing, scheduled therapy sessions
- Set and review treatment goals with each client
- Keep detailed progress notes and clinical summaries
- Join case consultations and contribute to care planning
- Offer clinical insight when new processes are tested or updated
Requirements
- Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
- Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or similar field
- Experience using evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Comfortable with technology and remote work routines
