Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Greensboro, NC Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryProvide structured, client-centered telehealth therapy to individuals across North Carolina. You’ll handle intakes, ongoing sessions, and documentation within a clear framework supported by a remote clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations online
- Deliver recurring teletherapy sessions to a steady caseload
- Develop and update treatment plans with measurable objectives
- Maintain detailed records and comply with documentation standards
- Join regular virtual staff and clinical meetings
Requirements
- Active North Carolina license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
- Comfortable working independently within a remote team model
