Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Job Summary
We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy focused on relationships, communication, and family systems. This role blends direct client care with consultation and supervision to support consistent, outcome-driven treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Assess relational patterns and treatment needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Offer supervision or case consultation to associate clinicians
- Review progress and refine treatment strategies
- Ensure alignment with Indiana practice requirements
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with couples and families
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
