Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with full benefits.
Your Role:
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients of all backgrounds, addressing a range of emotional challenges.
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans rooted in proven therapeutic practices.
- Support clients in managing mental health concerns, including addiction recovery.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to refine therapeutic approaches.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensed as an LMFT in your practicing state.
- Prior experience in clinical settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
