Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage Medix is currently focused on medical massage. Pain management is what we do.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional patient service and care during massage therapy sessions- Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage- Assess clients' needs and preferences to customize massage treatments- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care techniques- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards in the field of massage therapy

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist- Proven experience in performing deep tissue massage and other therapeutic techniques- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to assess clients' needs and tailor treatments accordingly- Professional demeanor and appearance- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
