Key Clinical Contributions: Trauma Specialization: Delivering individual and group therapy for complex issues including PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use. Proactive & Reactive Support: Offering both routine clinical care and immediate crisis intervention during high-stress periods. Assessment & Planning: Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing precise, evidence-based treatment plans. Hybrid Delivery: Utilizing both virtual (telehealth) and scheduled on-site engagement to ensure optimal accessibility. Minimum Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline. Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non-negotiable). The Highly Preferred Edge: Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care. Proven Expertise: History of working successfully with military, first-responder, or other high-acuity/trauma populations. Modalities: Specialized training or certification in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy).
